This suburban back yard started with patchy grass, lots of soil areas that grass just wouldn’t grow.

Initially I didn’t think anything could help the grass. I was watering (soaking) the lawn almost every day and had little to no results.
Peter recommended Aquasil Soil Conditioner and after the initial dose, I reduced the watering within a week, and the grass just kept growing and spreading across event the driest areas. Now I give my lawn a watering once every week or 10 days… very grateful for your advice and the results speak for themselves.
